By using PitchMint you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use PitchMint.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $39/month. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellation stops the next renewal.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- No attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Proposals you generate are yours to use — you are responsible for their accuracy.
Referrals
Paid users earn $20 for each referred user who becomes a paid subscriber. Fraudulent referrals are void.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
