Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

You can try PitchMint free for 3 days. No payment is required to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancelling stops all future billing — you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

• If you cancel within the first 3 days of a paid billing cycle and have generated fewer than 5 proposals, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact pitchmintai@gmail.com with your reason for cancellation to request this refund.
• If you cancel after using the service for more than 5 days or generating 5 or more proposals in the current billing cycle, you are not eligible for a refund for that cycle. Your subscription will simply not renew for the following month.
• No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations outside the above window.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email pitchmintai@gmail.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
